The procurement will cover the contracting authority's needs for the operation of the Geiranger cruise terminal and Hellesylt cruise quay in a qualitatively good, economical and efficient manner.
The procurement concerns the operation of both Geiranger cruise terminal and Hellesylt cruise quay.
Further details about the procurement can be found in the attached contract and annex 1 - requirements sppecifications.
The contract with have a duration from the time of commencement to and including 31.12.2024. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract period on the same terms for a further one year. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore to and including 31.12.2025.
The contracting authority estimates the value of the contract to be NOK 8,200,000 excluding VAT over the contract period including options.

Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments, such as the operation of quay facilities, operation of cruise terminals and cruise quays with international ship traffic.
Documentation requirement: A description of up to 3 of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The description must include information on the contract value, date and recipient (name, telephone no. and e-mail address). It is, however, the tenderer´s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience be referring to the competence of the personnel that can be used for this project, even if the experience was acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.
