The contract is for a residential and welfare centre for adults over 18 years with drugs and alcohol and ROP diseases, within the ICD-10 diagnosis system.
The residents are physically and mentally drained after periods with proactive drug and alcohol abuse, little nutrition, function reduction, and a lack of the ability to take care of themselves. The residents can have challenging behaviour with a need for violence and safety risk assessments. An assessment of consent competence is required.

The residents have different functional levels, ages and interests. They may have additional difficulties, such as cognitive or somatic health challenges and behavioural difficulties. Different professional approaches will therefore be required, depending on the users' individual needs, requests, and prerequisites.
