Operation and maintenance of the municipality's road network

Nordre Follo Kommune

Nordre Follo Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, needs to enter into a contract with a tenderer for the operation and maintenance of the road street light network, lighted ski tracks, and all other free-standing outside lighting around service buildings.
The road street light network means street light installations from and including the street light ignition point out to and including the fixtures, and includes municipal/county and private roads and open spaces where the contracting authority is the owner of the installations and the installations are registered in the Municipal Map and ArcGis/GIS/LINE.
The tenderer will have the necessary access to this information/the system after signing the contract.

Scope
The assignment includes, amongst other things, periodical inspections/maintenance, replacement of light sources, repair of damage/errors, replacement/installation of street light installations, service assignments such as moving of master/cables/street lighting distribution systems, and the replacement of LED fixtures. The assignment also includes administration and planning of work assignments, contingency, documentation, meeting activity, reporting to the contracting authority and handling of other assignments that are necessary for the operation and maintenance of the road network.

There are several factors that can influence the scope, including budget grants, activities, and other framework factors, etc.
Based on statistics from last year's consumption, the total value is estimated to be between NOK 40,000,000 and NOK 48,000,000 excluding VAT for four years (2 + 1 + 1).

The contracting authority will have an option to extend the framework agreement for an additional one (1) + one (1) year, to a maximum four (4) years.
