The agreement shall cover the operation and maintenance of the Contracting Authority's telephone exchange system and switchboards
The contract shall also contribute to improving and further developing the current telephony platform related to:
• functionality,
• resilience,
• operation and administration,
• facilitate interaction and increase the efficiency of the Contracting Authority's management of inquiries from inhabitants.
The list is not exhaustive.
The tenderer can submit a tender for one or both lots. The lots shall be priced separately in accordance with instructions given in the price sheet. Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the lots.
The contracting authority does not have a limited number of lots that can be awarded to a tenderer.
The contracting authority reserves the right to award both lots to the same tenderer if the total tender from this tenderer, when seen as a whole, fulfils the award criteria better.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

1: Description of up to 3 of the most relevant/comparable contracts during the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another supplier.

2) Tenderers must submit documentation of their quality assurance and management system. The following documentation will be accepted:
If the tenderer is certified in accordance with internationally recognised standards for quality assurance/control, it is sufficient to attach a copy of the issued certificate
or
A description of the tenderer's quality system and how this is implemented in the business, and a brief description of the processes and methods relevant to safeguard the quality of deliveries under the contract.
3) Tenderers must present documentation of their environmental management system. The following documentation will be accepted:
• Valid attestation/certificates issued by independent bodies (e.g. ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent systems), or
• A description of the tenderer´s own environmental management system. The description must as a minimum include which methods the tenderer uses to work actively and systematically with reducing negative environmental impact from the business.
4) The tenderer shall submit documentation for the in-house information security management system. The following documentation will be accepted:
• Valid attestation/certificates issued by independent bodies (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO27002 or equivalent), or
• A description of the tenderer´s in-house environmental management system. The description must as a minimum include methods the tenderer uses to work actively and systematically with information security systems for protecting confidential information and customer data.
