2 Scope of the contract

Tenderers must offer a complete holding baggage screening system (HBS system).

- Procurement and installation of ECAC certified EDS standard 3

- Integration of equipment with the existing baggage sorting system

- System implementation

- Programming

- Testing

- Participation in the test period - minimum 3 months

- Training

- Maintenance and spare parts contract

- Work in the baggage sorting system and other areas must be planned and adapted to the flight programme and strain on personnel in the areas for the minimum possible operational disturbances to operations at Torp. Tenderers must state at which times in the process there will be a need to close the baggage system and the length of the closure. It must assumed that there will be work outside normal working hours.

Tenderers must be a legally established company. If the tender is submitted by a group of tenderers, each group member must be a legally established company.

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate

Foreign companies: Registration certificate in a professional register as determined by legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have satisfactory finances to fulfil the contract.

The tenderer’s annual statements, or excerpts thereof, for the last three years with the accompanying auditor's report.

If a tenderer cannot provide the above documentation, or wants to document that these give a misleading picture of his financial situation, he must prove his economic and financial standing by providing other documents relevant to the company's accounting figures/finances. The tenderer must then provide specific reasons why the requested documentation may not be available or gives a misleading picture.

Those relying on other companies must submit similar documentation from these companies, as well as commitment statements, cf. the comments in point 5.2.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient experience and competence from equivalent assignments with a short description with references.

The offered project manager/assignment manager must have sufficient experience and competence from equivalent deliveries. Documented by CVs and reference projects.

Tenderers must have sufficient implementation ability and describe the organisation that will take care of the delivery.

Tenderers must have a satisfactory quality assurance/management system, and give a description of the content of the system, or document certification if applicable.

Tenderers must have a satisfactory environmental management system.

Persons connected to this delivery must speak Norwegian.
