Notodden municipality will expand Sætre hall by extending the existing hall. The sports facilities in Sætre are located along County Road 3344 north of Notodden centre in Notodden municipality in Vestfold and Telemark county.
The new hall is planned to be approximately 2250 m2. In addition, alterations will also be made to the entrance area, as well as new cloakrooms, demolition and construction of a new running track, which is approximately 1250 m2.
The construction project will be executed as a turnkey contract with NS 8407 as the general contract provisions.

The new hall is planned to be approximately 2250 m2. In addition, alterations will also be made to the entrance area, as well as new cloakrooms, demolition and construction of a new running track, which is approximately 1250 m2. The current facility will also undergo some alterations in terms of technical subjects and renovation of existing facilities. Demolition work is planned in connection with the alterations. The current long wall in axis 8.1 on hall B next to which the new halls C and D will be constructed will be partially demolished.

Cloakroom buildings must also be constructed in steel with pillars and girders, external sandwich walls. Axis nets for cloakroom buildings will be adapted to the building modules.
Running track with main structure in steel, but the pillars must be built into the wall here so that the inside surface is smooth. The lower part of the long wall on the running track is close to Idrettsveien and will receive loads from back filling as well as traffic loads.

Supporting structure in steel with trussed beams and a sheet steel roof similar to the current hall.
The external cladding/facade is to be executed with sandwich cladding on all new buildings.
Alteration/renovation of the cloakroom facilities in the basement must be included as one of the options.
The assignment is a turnkey contract which, among other things, will consist of the following subject areas (the list is not exhaustive):
