The contracting authority carried out negotiations with the remaining tender, but the tender offer was unacceptably high in relation to the budget that was set.
In principle, the contest was cancelled when the tender offer exceeded the contracting authority's value assessment. The contracting authority has therefore decided to cancel the contest.
Otherwise, the competition is cancelled as there is no basis for comparison of the given price or other elements in the tender.
