NEW NOTICE - NEGOTIATED PROCEDURE
Nordmøre Interkommunale Innkjøpssamarbeid (NII), (hereafter called the contracting authority), on behalf of 6 participating municipalities, invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for the establishment of a framework agreement for the procurement of workwear with accessories (protective equipment).
The 6 participating municipalities from NII are: Averøy, Hustadvika, Kristiansund, Sunndal, Surnadal and Tingvoll Municipalities.
This is a negotiated procedure - requests for qualification must be submitted by 24 November 2022 at the latest.
The deadline to ask questions about the qualification round is 27 October 2022.
Please note that only documentation of the qualification requirements is to be submitted in the first round (by 24 November).
After the qualification has ended, real tenders can be submitted with a response to and completion of the requirements specification, price matrix, etc.

New notice for a negotiated procedure for a framework agreement for the delivery of workwear and protective equipment for the following units:
- The engineering sector, municipal engineering and parks.
- Cleaning department.
- Buildings and construction.
- Schools and nurseries.
- Physiotherapists/exercise clothing.
- Swimming pools.
- Fire and rescue (only ordinary clothing, i.e., not special clothing such as turnout clothing, clothing for chimney sweeping, uniforms, etc.)
As we find it difficult to formulate the requirements specification sufficiently precise, we would like to invite tenderers to a negotiated procedure, cf. the PPR, section 13-2 letter d.
All interested tenderers will have an opportunity to qualify. All qualified tenderers will then be able to submit a tender. The three best tenderers will then be invited to negotiations.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 20 000 000 NOK 💰

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation Requirement: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Verification showing that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Tax certificate: Tenderers must submit a VAT and tax certificate. This only applies if the tenderer is Norwegian. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months at the deadline for submitting requests to participate in the contest in order to submit tender offers.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

The contracting authority will obtain information on the credit rating via Bisnode CreditPro (soliditet.no). It is therefore unnecessary to submit these details. (Soliditet.no contains key information about all enterprises in Norway). Tenderers are requested to check if such information is available at Bisnode CreditPro.

The tenderer must have experience from comparable assignments.
Documentation requirement:
Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.
