Framework agreement for the procurement of workwear with accessories for the following units:
- Technical sector, municipal engineering, and parking sites
- Cleaning department
- Buildings and construction
- Schools and nurseries
- Physiotherapists/exercise clothing
- Swimming pools
- Fire and rescue (only ordinary clothing, i.e., not special clothing such as turnout clothing, clothing for chimney sweeping, uniforms, etc.
As we find it difficult to formulate the requirements specification sufficiently precise, we would like to invite tenderers to a negotiated procedure, cf. the PPR, section 13-2 letter d.
All interested tenderers will have an opportunity to qualify. All qualified tenderers will then be able to submit a tender. The three best tenderers will then be invited to negotiations.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 20 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 24 måneder

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Tax certificate
Tenderers must submit VAT and tax certificates. This only applies if the tenderer is Norwegian. The tax certificate must not be older than six months at the deadline for submitting requests to participate in the competition to deliver tender offers.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have an economic and financial standing that makes it able to fulfil its contractual obligations throughout the entire contractual period. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
The contracting authority will obtain information on the credit rating via Bisnode CreditPro (soliditet.no). It is therefore unnecessary to submit these details. (Soliditet.no contains key information about all enterprises in Norway). Tenderers are requested to check if such information is available at Bisnode CreditPro.

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments:
Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.

Tenderers must have a system so that control of ethical guidelines is upheld during the production of their products. A description of the tenderer's routines in order to ensure compliance with the ethical guidelines.
A self-declaration form on social responsibility must be completed as documentation that the requirement is met.
