The contracting authority would like to procure defibrillators for Helse Stavanger HF The defibrillators will be used in-hospital for monitoring unstable patients, electro conversion of arrhythmias and resuscitation of patients with cardiac arrest. All the functions must be able to be adapted so that they can be used on babies, children, and adults. The defibrillators will be used to give shocks synchronously and asynchronously, as well as pacing. An option will be offered for feedback of the HLR quality, and there will be an option for iron. A framework agreement will be signed for the accompanying equipment-dependent consumables/electrodes.

Procurement contract with an option for 18 defibrillators without capnography, 4 defibrillators with capnography, 10 HLR quality function, 2 carrying cases/carrying straps, 32 pairs of irons, 2 pairs of intrathoracal spades, 15 fastenings, 1 eLearning course, licences, as well as a service course. The procurement contract will be valid for as long as the equipment is in use at Helse Stavanger HF. The framework agreement for the delivery of equipment-dependent consumables/electrodes will be valid for as long as the equipment is in use at the customer.

Maximum value of the framework agreement: As the consumption of the electrodes that have to be procured will vary depending on need, it is difficult to determine the exact maximum limit for the framework agreement. The contracting authority estimates approx. 450 individual electro conversions a year, and tenderers are asked to state the required number of electrodes for the mentioned number of electro conversions. The basis is that the framework agreement will be valid for up to a 50% increase of the estimated volume. The contracting authority will provide a final maximum value before the contract is signed.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate. Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations. Tenderers must have a credit score of at least A (or higher measured against AAA Soliditet´s scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable credit rating agency. Documented by a credit rating not older than 6 months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating institution. We reserve the right to obtain a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable rating company. Newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to submit a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is satisfied. In such cases, this can be compensated by providing alternative documentation together with the tender.
