Qualification requirement:

The Contractor shall be registered in a register of business enterprises, professional registeror commercial register in the country in which the Contractor is established.

Documentation requirements:

• Norwegian companies: Certificate of registration

• Foreign companies: Confirmation that the company is registered in a register of business enterprises, professional register or commercial register in the country in which the Contractor is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Qualification requirements:

The Contractor shall possess sufficient economic and financial capacity relative to the contract’s object and scope.

Documentation requirements:

• Avinor will collect information about the Contractors’ financial circumstances via Experian. If the applicant’s financial statements are publicly available, it will not be necessary to submit documentation in relation to this point.

• Foreign Contractors: shall submit the enterprise’s annual accounts or excerpts from them if annual accounts must be published in the country in which the Contractor is established.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Qualification requirement:

The Contractor must have experience from similar assignments/deliveries.

Documentation requirements:

List of the, up to, three (3) most relevant deliveries or services performed in the last, up to, five (5) years, including information about value,datesand the names of the public or private recipients.

The contractor must have the necessary capacity to execute the assignment.

• A description of the Contractor’s average annual workforce and the number of management employees in the past three years

• Size of the business area, priority area

• An account of the facilities, machinery, tools, materiel or technical equipment that the Contractor has at its disposal to perform the contract
