The current swimming facility in Mossehallen will be expanded with an additional training pool with associated grandstands, as well as a therapy pool and a whirlpool. New changing rooms shall be constructed and renovation of the current changing rooms and other areas shall be carried out.
Infrastructure that involves the construction of a new roundabout as well as the excavation of a trench for the relocation of water supply and sewage pipelines, district heating and a high-voltage cable in consultation with Elvia shall be carried out.
