The objective of the procurement is a system for automated storage and digital storage of medicines for a new psychiatric clinic at Sørlandet Hospital Trust. The objective of the procurement is to achieve a satisfactory system for both withdrawal and control of the content, as well as communication with Sykehusapoteket [the Hospital Pharmacy] for refilling. The system must be integral with other clinical and administrative systems used in the clinic. The system is a part of the road to both better electronic documentation and a closed medicines' loop. For further details, see Annex 1 to the agreements in Appendices 5 and 6.
Three (3) medicines cabinets shall be purchased for a new psychiatric clinic at Sørlandet Hospital Trust. Option for the procurement of one (1) additional medicines cabinet, as well as smaller additional purchases if needed. The option for the procurement of medical cabinets shall be valid for 4 years after the contract signing.
The medicines cabinets must be delivered and installed in December 2022. The delivery date will be agreed after the contract has been signed.

A purchase agreement and a maintenance agreement must be entered into, both of which are based on the Norwegian Government's Standard Terms and ConditionsSSA-K and SSA-V, respectively. The maintenance agreement period is 3 years from the expiration date of the warranty period. See the purchase agreement's point 2.1.6. After that the contracting authority can extend the agreement for up to 1 year at a time.

The contracting authority will issue a rating report through AAA Soliditet / Bisnode to verify that the tenderer meets the requirement.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for being unable to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
