Kort beskrivelse:
Eksin intends to enter into a contract with several tenderers.
Eksfin must have a good understanding of the underlying market drivers for all the segments, as well as in-depth knowledge on the market actors.
Eksfin has a separate analysis section set up to support the organisation and give decision makers exact analyses and information. In order to do so, Eksfin must have external data and analyses that will be complementary to the organisation's internal data sources.

The procurement of the contract is estimated to be NOK 8,0 million over 5 years.
See part 2, Description of Needs for further information.
Contract.
The Supplier shall provide their standard terms and conditions for the delivery of the subscription service on offshore information.
The contract period will be 2 years (Initial term) with an unilateral option for Eksfin to be extended thrice, each time with 1 year, with a maximum contract period of 5 years.
The contract will be signed with more than 1 supplier, if deemed expedient.
However, the following conditions/principles must be included:
The Parties agree that upon expiry of the Initial Term (2 years) the term of this contract may be extended by EKSFIN up to 3 (three) successive periods of 12 (twelve) months each (the Year 3, 4 and 5). EKSFIN will send notice of its intent to extend the term of the contract to the supplier at least 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the expiry date of the Initial Term or the Year 3, 4 and 5. Otherwise the contract will automatically expire at the end of the Initial Term or at the end of Year 3 or 4. The supplier will notify EKSFIN in writing when the solution is ready for use by EKSFIN. EKSFIN shall be granted a period of five working days (or more) for a user acceptance test in order to verify that the delivery is in accordance with the contract. EKSFIN shall not be liable for any payment under the contract until the acceptance test has been approved by EKSFIN.

EKSFIN shall not use the delivery for any purpose other than the user acceptance test until said test is approved by EKSFIN.
Upon termination of the agreement, for whatever reason, the supplier shall hand over to EKSFIN, in an agreed format, any data stored by the supplier on behalf of EKSFIN.
The contracting authority expects the supplier to familiarize with the contract provisions and make the necessary clarifications internally so that you are ready to sign the contract if you are awarded a contract.
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: 3 extensions of 12 months each.

The supplier must have proper relations with regard to tax and value added tax.
Documentation requirements: Certificate of payment for VAT, tax and social security contributions. Certificate issued by the competent authority of the Member State confirming that the supplier has fulfilled his obligations regarding the payment of VAT, taxes and social security contributions in the country in which the supplier / contractor belongs (Norwegian certificate of tax and VAT is common and ordered from the altar. no, RF-1507, formerly RF-1244) in accordance with the legal provisions in the country. The certificate must not be older than 6 months.

This also applies to any subcontractors you need to fulfill the contract.
This requirement applies only to Norwegian suppliers, cf. FOA section 7-2.
In accordance with FOA Section 17-1 , the principal is not entitled to request the certificate if he has already received it. If you have submitted a tax certificate to the contracting authority and this is still valid at the time of submission of this competition, you are not required to deliver the certificate now. In this case, state when you have previously provided the certificate and to whom. You can still attach the certificate voluntarily if you wish.
