Norwegian Nuclear Decommissioning (NND)

NND has initiated a project to strengthen the digital security in the organisation and for the future compiled NND/NUK.
In this work, a need has been identified for the procurement of external expertise and capacity for several areas related to digital security:
Competence and capacity to perform security monitoring and first assessment of potential incidents outside opening hours of the Security Operation Centre (SOC)
Competence and capacity to carry out the necessary analyses, securing of evidence and measures in the case of an IT Security incident (Incident Response Team)
Coordination and integration with national actors in threat assessments, threat indicators and event management on behalf of NND
Implementation of, or support for, IT security evaluations, penetration tests, vulnerability scans etc.
Consultancy support for assessments, skills development, proposals for measures for NND's systems, etc.
The objective of the contract is to establish processes and systems that provide good and cost-effective collaboration between NND's own organisation and the purchased services so that NND as a whole fulfils obligations and expectations in the Digital Security field.
The procurement is divided into two lots.
