The invitation to tender applies to a framework agreement for management, administration and consultancy regarding
software licences.
The objective of the procurement is to reduce the purchasing costs, simplify the procurement of
software licences, receive optimal licence advice, as well as ensure the best possible administration of
software licences.
The majority of the current licence management is related to Microsoft and Adobe. At the same time,
an option is required for licenses related to Citrix, VMware and Veeam. The tenderer shall familiarize itself with, deliver
and manage the always prevailing licence agreements. The framework agreement will also apply to the degree that it is applicable
management and supplementation of the existing licences/subscriptions connected to Microsoft-based products and services of different varieties, primarily connected to EA/EAS/OVS-ES contracts and
Office 365/Azure.
