Fellow citizenship, user influence, co-creation, and inhabitant-orientated services are some of the key words for the work in developing the municipality. The municipality's commitment to digital surfaces will be based on this, and, at the same time, future-orientated systems will be used in line with the digital development.
The municipality uses Episerver as the CMS system, and it is a prerequisite that tenderers, as a minimum, have the status of Solution Partner for Episerver.
The objective of the procurement is to ensure Asker Municipality access to hourly based consultancy services with expertise in the set-up and development of internet sites, as well as maintenance of the sites developed.
Contracts will be signed with one tenderer.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The contracts will be valid for three years from the date they are signed. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for one year at a time for up to three years (3+1+1+1).

The option will be taken up automatically unless the contracting authority gives the tenderer written notification that the contract will be terminated three months before the current contract period expires at the latest.

The change must be regarded as significant as it may have affected potential suppliers' desire to submit tenders in the competition. This is an error that cannot be corrected in any other manner than by cancelling and republishing the call for tenders.
