NRK would now like assistance with the implementation of job evaluation methodology and the development of an accompanying payroll system and career architecture.
A contract will be signed for services deliveries with one tenderer. The contract will last for the implementation of final product A for technology positions until 1 November 2022. Options for the implementation of the other specific job categories can be taken up by NRK up until 31.12.2024. Access to benchmarking and updates in accordance with product B are presumed to be offered as a time unlimited subscription contract that will run it is terminated with 1 month notice. This access must be made available for NRK immediately after the contract has been signed.
