One of NRK's goals is to understand the inhabitants of Norway and their needs. To be able to do this, and to continue and deliver on NRK's social mission by presenting world-class products and content, we must know how people use our services, and be certain that we collect high quality data. At the same time, it is also very important for us to respect the privacy of our users when we collect this information. We are therefore looking for a new system for collecting observation data on our digital platforms.
