The contracting authority would like tenders for light therapy equipment for newborns with hyperbilirubin. The procurement is divided into two product groups.
Product group 1: LED phototherapy top light. It must be possible to assemble the light on an incubator top or above the baby in bed.
Product group 2: LED phototherapy bottom light. Pads/mat that the baby lies on or that is wrapped around the baby.
Option:
Service course
The procurement will be split into two lots, and tenders can be submitted for one or both lots.

Kort beskrivelse:
Estimated volume: 15 items.
The stated scope is an estimate for information to tenderers, and is not binding for the future contract volume. The basis is that the framework agreements will be valid for up to a 50% increase of the estimated volume.
This gives a maximum limit of 23 items in product group 1.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority can extend the contract for up to 1 year at a time. The total maximum contract period is 4 years. The contract will automatically be extended on the same terms unless the contracting authority takes other initiatives.
Option for a service contract for as long as the equipment is in use at the contracting authority.

This gives a maximum limit of 24 items in product group 2.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.
Economic and financial capacity means that the Tenderer meets the following requirements: A credit rating equal to A or better, measured on AAA Soliditet´s scale or equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer's compliance with the qualification requirements in the following manner:
Credit ratings (not older than 6 months).
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not presenting the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove the economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations' § 16-4, including, for example, a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.
