Bodin Sixth Form College has approx. 1,100 pupils and employees, the largest ground area is approx. 6,000 m² and the total gross area of the buildings is approx. 20,000 m². The college was built in 1984 and later extended in 2005.
Bodin Sixth Form College, dept. The Security Centre has an external business where security training is offered for fishermen, sailors, officers and off-shore workers. Content in these courses is in accordance with STCW requirements and Norsk Olje og Gass requirements concerning training. In order to offer relevant participants on courses and training a better education, there is a need to procure a new lifeboat with accompanying equipment.
Bodin Sixth Form College, the Security Centre, invites tenderers to participate in a contest for a new lifeboat for the centre's exercise/course activities. We would, thus, like tenders for a lifeboat with the accompanying davit.

One lifeboat including davits and associated equipment for manning of the boat is to be delivered. The delivery must fulfil the requirements of the request, including annexes.
The delivery shall contain, but is not limited to:
- Administrative services related to the delivery scope
- Engineering design and production
- Freight from the tenderer to the Security Centre in Bodø.
- Mounting, testing and identifying the delivery including necessary adaptation and necessary certification.
- Overtaking and training
- Option for an annual service contract. See the attached requirements specification for further information.
