The purpose of the notice is to enter into a purchase agreement for new licences for Micro Focus Asset Manager version 9.8 or newer, and an associated maintenance agreement for the same product, for Northern Norway Regional Health Authority, ICT [Helse Nord IKT].
The contract concerns the delivery of licences and licencing options. Reference is made to Appendix 10 Price form for information on which licences and options for licences and "Additional components" the Contracting Authority shall sign an agreement for. See also Appendix 11 Requirement Specification.
The licences will be installed for the Contracting Authority, the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority ICT [Helse Nord IKT], Tromsø.

The Contracting Authority already has a portfolio of systems consisting of Micro Focus products. The current SACM (Service Asset and Configuration Management) product portfolio consists of Micro Focus Service Manager (HP SM) and Micro Focus UCMDB.

The Asset Manager system from Micro Focus was chosen to be a close fit with the Contracting Authority's existing SACM product portfolio. The Contracting Authority will therefore be able to ensure the reuse of existing processes and ensure seamless data flow between the products, using the integrations included by the tenderer.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations. Tenderers are required to have positive equity.

Documentation requirement:

The latest financial statement and income statement from the last six months if it is more than 6 months since the last annual financial statement.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for being unable to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer must have experience from similar deliveries for the sale of licences to larger organisations.

Documentation requirement:

An overview of the most important deliveries of goods or services that the tenderer has carried out in the last three years, together with information on the contract's value, delivery date or

execution and the name of the public or private recipient.

The tenderer must use Appendix 9 Response form for experience to substantiate experience. It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.
