The purpose of the invitation to tender is to enter into a contract for washing and laundry of work clothes for the dental clinics in the former Oppland County (geographically). Oppland is divided in three districts and a total of 18 clinics. 15 of these 18 dental clinics are covered by this contract.
Innlandet County has its own agreement for the purchase of work clothes for the dental clinics. This agreement shall therefore only apply to washing / laundry of work clothes and possibly other textiles if necessary.
Work clothes are defined as lab coats, trousers, t-shirts, cloths / towels, pillowcases, headgear (e.g. hijabs), possibly maternity clothes etc. which are used by dental health personnel (dentists, dental nurses, dental health secretaries, etc.).
The contract includes:
- Washing and laundry of work clothes for dental health personnel.
- Transport (collection of dirty and delivery of clean work clothes to the individual clinic).

Tenderers must be registered in a trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Documentation Requirement: Tenderers must not attach any documentation. The contracting authority will obtain the necessary information via eBoil.
Norwegian companies: Tenderers must be a legally established company. Norwegian companies must document this with a Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign tenderers: Foreign tenderers must be able to prove that the company is registered in a trade or business register or a Register of Business Enterprises as prescribed by the legislation of the country where the tenderer is established.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
a. The tenderer must have good experience from similar assignments / deliveries (i.e. assignments of the similar nature, complexity, degree of difficulty, size and scope) with associated services.
Documentation requirements: The tenderer must provide a list of the most important relevant deliveries (regarding deliveries of washed/cleaned work clothes to contracting authorities with numerous addresses) in the last three years, including information about the contracting authority, type of contract, value, date and recipient (name and e-mail), as well as a brief description of the delivery's content, scope and obligations.
