The Municipal Council of Nordre Follo kommune [Nordre Follo Municipality], hereafter called the Contracting Authority, determined on 05.05.2021 (KST - case 66/21) to build a cost-efficient swimming facility at Langhus, ‘Langhusbadet’.
In the decision, emphasis is placed on the urgency of realising the new swimming facility. The aim is for the project to be completed by the end of 2023.
The swimming facility is planned to have a 25 m x 21 m pool and will replace Langhus bad, which was closed on 31.12.2021.
The swimming facility will be necessary for the contracting authority to comply with the legislated required for swimming training in primary school as well as providing a better offer to sport and public swimming.

Estimert totalverdi: 200 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
The contracting authority’ gross cost and management framework is set at NOK 200 million from adoption in May 2021 (i.e. Including VAT, and inclusive of all costs, hereunder also the developer’s cost/municipality’s project cost).
Price increases during the construction period, options and internal roads in the sports park are not part of the budget amount from adoption and will be in addition to the gross cost framework.
Proposals to the final cost framework will be presented for political decision in March 2022.
The contracting authority emphasises that the project implementation is dependent on political approval. Lack of approval in regard to financing or other conditions, may result in the competition being cancelled.
Tenderers will, if this occurs, not receive compensation for their contractual interest.
