The companies in the Helse Vest intend to enter into framework agreements for knee prostheses.
The competitive tender procedure is divided into the following 7 lots:
Lot 1: Knee prostheses - Cemented (CR and PS)
Lot 2: Knee prostheses - Uncemented (CR and PS)
Lot 3: Knee prostheses - Complex primary/Revisions
Lot 4: Knee prostheses unicondylar - Mobile (cemented and uncemented)
Lot 5: Knee prostheses unicondylar - Fixed (cemented and uncemented)
Lot 6: Patella-femoral Protheses
Lot 7: Osteotomy plates
Tenders may be submitted for one, several or all lots.

The contract period is 2 years, with an option for 1 + 1 year extension.

Tenders may be submitted for one, several or all lots. For practical reasons all the sub-contracts are combined in a joint sub-contract in Mercell. Evaluation and award will occur in each sub-contract.
Demo meetings for offered products will be held on Thursday 3 November 2022. A more detailed invitation will be sent in Mercell after the tender deadline.

The framework agreements will be valid for two (2) years from the start-up date.
The contracting authority can extend the contract for one (1) year at a time for up to two (2) years. The maximum contract period is four (4) years (2+1+1).

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.

See the contest provisions, point 5.2. Tenderers must have the financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documented by a credit evaluation with rating A, not older than 6 months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.
We retain the right to collect a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable rating company.
Companies without a satisfactory credit rating, newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to submit a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is satisfied. In such circumstances, they will be able to compensate with a satisfactory guarantee from a bank and/or guarantee from a parent company with a satisfactory credit rating which provides an equivalent security for the implementation ability. These alternative documents must be included in the tender.
