Kristiansund Municipality would like to establish a service contract for all the lifts in Kristiansund Municipality's buildings. There are currently 54 lifts in the municipality.

The number of lifts will however vary throughout the contract period. The number can change for various reasons, for example the construction of new buildings, any alterations, moves out of a building, demolition, etc. The contracting authority will only pay for service for the lifts that are in operation.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract on the same terms, by up to 1+1 year, so that the total possible total length of the contract is 4 years. The option will be taken up automatically. If the contracting authority does not want to take up the option, written notification must be given a minimum of 2 months before it comes into force.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation Requirement

Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation Requirement

Information concerning credit ratings will be collected by the contracting authority via the credit information company Bisnode Credit Pro (soliditet.no). It is therefore unnecessary to submit these details. (Soliditet.no contains key information about all enterprises in Norway). Tenderers are requested to check if such information is available in Bisnode Credit Pro.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer must have experience from comparable assignments.

Documentation Requirement

Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another service provider.
