The delivery includes the delivery of complete kitchen and locker fixtures in accordance with the contracting authority's specifications for each call-off/order. The procurement will cover both planned renovation projects and unforeseen events, major and minor breakdowns, repairs, and urgent work, etc., to comply with the contracting authority's maintenance needs as an owner, operator, and lessor.

The contract duration is 2 years with an option to extend one or more times for up to 2 years. The total contract period will be 4 years if the full option is activated.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation Requirements: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to be economically and financially solvent, which gives the contracting authority the security that the tenderer will be financially viable throughout the entire contract period.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Expanded credit rating/report, not older than 3 months, from a publicly certified credit rating company with score A (credit worthy) or equivalent or better. The report must be based on the last known fiscal figures. The date must be clear.
Companies without adequate credit rating, newly started companies with a credit score of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to document that the requirement is met. In such instances, they will be able to compensate with a satisfactory credit rating which provides an equivalent security for implementation ability. These alternative documents must be included in the tender.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for being unable to present the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove the economic and financial position with any other documents that the contracting authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Implementation ability: Tenderers are required to have an organisation that has the capacity to fulfil the contract.
Experience: Good experience is required from equivalent assignments.
Quality assurance system: A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that will be provided. The concept of a quality management system is that i.a., the tenderer is aware of quality objectives, planning, security, handling of deviations, quality improvement and data security.

Environment management system: Systems and procedures are required that ensure a low environmental impact when carrying out the delivery.

Implementation ability: A description of the tenderer's technical personnel or technical units that the tenderer has at their disposition to fulfil the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the company or not, as well as an organisation chart.

Quality management system: Statement of the tenderer's quality assurance system, or a copy of a certificate for the quality control system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent certificate.
