The SIMAS municipalities Aurland, Høyanger, Luster, Lærdal, Sogndal, Vik and Årdal, the SUM municipalities Askvoll, Fjaler, Sunnfjord and Hyllestad, in addition to the NOMIL municipalities Bremanger, Stad, and Gloppen, and Kinn and Stryn Municipalities.

Voluntary options for complete sludge treatment for sludge collected from SUM, NOMIL, Kinn, and Stryn.

SIMAS: Approx. 6300 tanks, SUM: Approx. 5900 tanks, NOMIL: Approx. 4800 stk tankar, Kinn: Ca. 2 900 tanks, and Stryn: Approx. 2900 tanks.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

Unilateral option for 1+1 year, i.e., the tenderer must adapt to the wishes of the contracting authority for an extension.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation: Company registration certificate Foreign tenderers must submit a corresponding certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises in the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Credit worthy (credit rating A or equivalent) from a publicly certified credit rating company, with a minimum credit limit of NOK 0.5 million. The rating must not be older than 3 months calculated from the tender deadline, and it must be based on the last approved annual accounts.

If a tenderer cannot fulfil the above requirement, the requirement can be fulfilled with other documentation that the contracting authority can accept, for example, a binding statement on guarantees in addition to the guarantee in accordance with the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1: Tenderers must have relevant competence and experience from equivalent assignments.

2: Tenderers must have a satisfactory management system within quality that covers the activities included in the contract.

3: Tenderers must be, or must have concrete plans for certification in accordance with ISO 14001, Eco-Lighthouse, or equivalent, which cover the activities included in the contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1: List of relevant references in the last 3 years. The references must include information on the contracting authority, value, date, name, and contact data for a contact person.

2: Documentation of valid certification, ISO or equivalent, or, if a tenderer is not certified, documentation of a satisfactory system for quality assurance.

3: Documentation of valid certification, ISO, Eco-Lighthouse, or equivalent, or if a tenderer is not certified, documentation of concrete plans that ensure certification by 31.12.2023 at the latest.
