We grant loans to buy housing, refinancing, and loans for the renovation of own housing. Loans can only be given with security in own housing.
SPK would like to use this procurement to get access to a total system for our mortgage scheme that covers the three functional areas loan applications, application processing, and administration. The system is to be offered as a cloud service / SaaS (Software as a Service).

In addition to the delivery of these application services, the contract also includes establishment, integrations, training, support, and advice - also for future versions. The procurement includes running the system.

The contract also includes the further development of the system and additional procurements related to the described need, as well as supporting services.
