Flytoget would like to join up with a tenderer that will function as Flytoget's operational partner and will administer Flytoget's IT operations. The general goal of the procurement is to ensure:
- A robust and secure operation with interruptoions
- Possibility for scaling the operational environment
- Flexibility in the event of changes, orders, and delivery time
- Good operational competence
- Good interaction between Flytoget and the operational supplier
- Single Point of Contact for all enquiries from Flytoget's users
- Contract and price terms
- Compliance with current and future requirements.

The procurement consists of two phases:
1) Office suite platform
2) Sales system platform
Flytoget would like the operational partner to take responsibility for the operation of:
- Basic operational services, including server operation, network operation, client operation, security of the operational platform, back-up, and restore.
- Communication systems, including VPN and firewall.
- Establish and run a service desk service, including user support.
- Application operation for selected and defined applications.
- Be a Single Point Of Contact for all enquiries from Flytoget's users.
- Phase 1 of the project consists of taking over responsibility for the operational services connected to office suite, and responsibility for Flytoget's services in run in Azure.
- Phase 2 of the project consists of taking over responsibility for operational services connected to the sales system.
- We would like to complete phase 1 before phase 2.
