The tender includes, amongst other things; clients, monitors, projectors, computer room systems, video conference equipment, AV equipment, and other periphery equipment. The contract must include the tenderer’s entire range of products in the categories described. This means that the contracting authority also can procure IT equipment that is not in accordance with the requirements specification, based on the same price mechanism* (the terms must, as a minimum, be equally favourable during the entire contract period) as the requested volume products (the price list).
