The framework agreement shall cover the Customer's always prevailing need for medicines and vaccines. This shall also include medicines and vaccines for dogs and horses as well as any other animals that the police has been in contact with and that need assistance. The Customer shall also have the opportunity to purchase certain pharmacy goods.

Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
• Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate
• Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, trade register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with a requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement:
- A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
If deemed necessary, the contracting authority will obtain a credit assessment, from a credit information agency with a license to provide such services. This will be a supplement to the documentation given in the tender.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documents considered suitable by the contracting authority.

Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
Documentation requirement:
Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant/comparable assignments in the last three years. The description must appear in Appendix B and must include a statement of the assignment value, date and recipient (name, telephone and email). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. A tenderer can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another service provider.

Tenderers must submit documentation of their quality assurance system and management system. The following documentation will be accepted:
Certificate of the supplier's quality system/management system, issued by independent bodies that confirm that the supplier fulfils quality assurance standards in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent,
or
A description that, as a minimum, covers the company´s procedures/routines for:
- Dealing with deviations and claims
- Approval of sub-suppliers
- Procedures to secure quality
