The purpose of the invitation to tender is the purchase of 4 instrument decontaminators with Da Vinci Robot X / Xi as well as basic medical equipment and cannulated / MIS, with loading carriages, for use at Out-patient /Thorax treatment at Haukeland University Hospital.
An option for training and an annual service agreement is also required, as well as disassembly and removal of existing machines and supplementary purchases of inputs and loading carriages.
The installation must be made within 5 weeks from and including week 27/2022.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.
Sufficient economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer must have a credit rating equivalent to A or better, measured on AAA Soliditet´s scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures.
The rating must be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. We reserve the right to obtain a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable rating company. Companies without a satisfactory credit rating, newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to submit a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is satisfied. In such cases, this can be compensated by providing alternative documentation together with the tender.

The tenderer must have adequate professional qualifications from experience from similar assignments.
Similar assignments are seen as the delivery of such performance as encompassed by the competition for major public departments/companies or to major private corporations.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers shall enclose a list of the 3 most important relevant deliveries and services performed in the last 3 years, including information on the value, date, and recipient. Certificates issued or verified by the contracting authority can be attached. At the reference place the equipment must be used in an equivalent way as at a somatic hospital.
