The contracting authority has an ongoing roll-out project where the current key system used for the home service is to be replaced with electronic door locks and electronic key boxes. There are estimated to be approximately 1400 locks in total, which includes residential doors and shared doors. As of now, approximately 300 electronic locks have been installed. The contracting authority would like to complete the installation of the remaining door locks. There is no guarantee for the stated volume.

The contracting authority would like to obtain a service for the installation, service and maintenance, dismantling and storage of electronic door locks and electronic key boxes. Service and maintenance includes battery replacement, among other things. The contracting authority must also have the opportunity to purchase additional equipment that is necessary for the installation of electronic door locks on doors that are not a standard model.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement 1: Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member country where the tenderer is established.
Requirement 2: Norwegian tenderers must present a tax and VAT certificate not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Tenderers must not have substantial arrears. Any arrears must be justified separately. Foreign tenderers must submit proof that the company has fulfilled its obligations regarding the payment of social security contributions and duties in accordance with the legal provisions in the country where the tenderer is established, or in Norway. A certificate issued by the relevant authority in the tenderer's home country will be seen as adequate. If a tenderer's home country does not issue such documents or certificates, they can be replaced by a declaration given under oath or affirmation by the relevant person to a legal or administrative authority, a notarius publicus or other competent authority in the home country.

The contracting authority reserves the right to request preliminary figures after the latest annual report, as well as financial statements for the two previous years if this is deemed necessary. For newly established companies, a recent financial printout signed by the auditor must be submitted.

It is required that the tenderer have personnel with professional certificates as locksmiths and that at least 1 person in the company has a master's certificate as a locksmith.
