Hamar Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, is responsible for holding this contest. For further information on the municipality and Smart Data see www.hamar.kommune.no and www.smart-data.no
Hias IKS and Hedmark IKT are included as cooperation partners in the procurement. I.e., they have participated in the mapping of needs, formulating the needs description, and professional procurement material.
The challenges and needs drafted in this notice are not unique for Hamar Municipality, but well-known for Norwegian municipalities. Suppliers of good, innovative systems that meet the needs described in the notice will therefore have a broad market in both the municipal sector in Norway and also probably internationally.
