Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: The tenderer must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation: Company Registration Certificate
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement 1: Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order. Requirement 2: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Requirement 1 is to be documented by a tax certificate. The certificate must not be older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. Requirement 2 is to be documented by the annual accounts for the last 2 years, including notes and the board and auditor's reports (2020 and 2021). If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable, cf. the public procurement regulations §16-4 (2). The contracting authority will carry out a credit rating of tenderers via a credit rating company.

Requirement 1: Tenderers must have sufficient experience with relevance to this assignment. Requirement 2: At the start of the service, the tenderer must have the technical and professional qualifications to carry out the contractual obligations, including sufficient human and technical resources.

Documentation for requirement 1: The requirement for experience from relevant assignments is to be substantiated by completing the attached reference overview, cf. 'Prosedyrereglene' ('the Procedure rules') Annex 5 'Oversikt over oppdrag' ('Overview of assignments'). Documentation for requirement 2: Tenderers must present an overview of the number of drivers and vehicles they have at its disposal for this contract. Tenderers must submit a description of how they manage the supplier chain, including how the tenderer administers and controls its sub-operators and their sub-operators further down the supplier chain.Tenderers must describe how much of the contract that tenderer intends to outsource to sub-supplier(s).
