Immunohistochemical staining instrument(s) with associated instrument-specific reagents and consumables shall be procured for the Department of Pathology at St. Olavs Hospital HF.

The instrument(s) shall in total manage an annual scope of about 74,000 cuts, as well as an expected annual increase of approx. 5% during the agreement period.

The offered instrument(s) must manage the annual scope and must be placed in the designated area further described in the tender documents.

The price per successful staining shall include instruments, (which are the tenderer´s property), PCs, printers and other necessary IT equipment/software, reagents, consumables, technical service, defined response time in case of problems, support, connecting computers (LIMS), installation, commissioning, system training, technical courses and user meetings. Any requirements for separate labelling must also be included in the price. No other costs shall be accured for the customer

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014_24_EU; tenderers from certain member states can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Minimum requirements for qualification

Norwegian tenderers shall present an updated Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers shall present certificate(s) for statutory registration in the country of establishment.

The tenderer must have sufficient ability to comply with the contract obligations.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The Credit Rating which will form the basis for qualification to this contest shall not be lower than 'Credit Worthy' (equivalent to score A at Bisnode CreditPro, DB). When evaluating the above, the contracting authority will use Bisnode/Credit Pro, DB. The contracting authority will itself obtain credit ratings as a basis for the assessment stated above. The information will be obtained after the tender deadline and on the same date for all tenderers. Companies with a lower rating, start-up companies, companies under formation, companies with no activity or companies that have not been credit-rated, parent company guarantees, bank guarantees, etc., can instead be submitted that provide an equivalent security for the execution capacity. The company organisation number shall be provided for the parent company if a parent company guarantee is used.
