Eksfin´s activities are based on comprehensive use of modern information technology. IT systems have been developed and adopted in a number of areas, both in trade and administrative areas. Eksfin has a strategy that is mainly focussed on cloud services, and Azure is currently the preferred platform that is used in a hybrid environment. The system must cover Eksfin's requirement for a future VDI platform. Currently this platform is based on a VDI platform from VMware, but this may change in the future. It must be an active / active system across two locations. There are currently 130 active users at the locations, Each of the active locations must be able to run all loads, in the event of a data centre failure at one of the active data centres Eksfin wishes through this agreement to enter into an agreement for the purchase of a hyperconverged infrastructure to replace the current VMware View (VDI) platform. It is expected that the offered system must be able to provide better performance than the current system.

Option: Any necessary or desired supplementary purchases to utilise the service in a satisfactory manner during the entire agreement period must incorporated in the agreement. The estimated value for this type of contract is limited upward to 50 % of the contract value at the time of purchase.

The value of the contract is approx. NOK 5,600,000 excluding VAT, including the option for supplementary purchases. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this agreement.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tax and VAT certificates
Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order (ESPD: Part II A.e).
Documentation requirement: Requirement for certificate of paid VAT, tax and social security contribution. A certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's country, confirming that the tenderer has met the obligations in regard to payment of VAT, tax and social security contributions in the country where the tenderer/contractor has its headquarters the (Norwegian certificate for Tax and VAT is combined and ordered from altinn.no, RF-1507, previously RF-1244) in accordance with the legislation in the country where the tenderer is registered. The certificate must not be more than six months old.

The contracting authority is not allowed to request the certificate if he has already received it, in accordance with the regulations § 17-1(4). If you have submitted a tax certificate to the contracting authority and it is still valid at the time of the tender submission for this contract the tender submission deadline, for this contest, you are not obliged to submit a certificate now. If this is the case, state when and to whom the certificate was previously submitted. You can, however, attach the certificate voluntarily if you want.

Requirements regarding the tenderer´s economic and financial standing: The financial capacity to fulfil the contract is required (ESPD: Part IV B.58-3).
Documentation: The contracting authority will assess finances through the company and accounting information system Proff Forvalt (www.forvalt.no). The contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary information about the tenderer's finances.
