Procurement process for a new HR system and payroll system.
A new, fully integrated HR system will be procured. The HRM system must be a source system/master for all employees in VTFK, and will be a source for awarding identities, email addresses, authentication, and belonging in the county.
The HR system will see to statutory requirements for reports and reports on employee data for public authorities and bodies.

The contract duration is specified in the Contract Document. Vestfold og Telemark envisage that the contract will have a duration of 8 years.

Purpose of the procurement
The contracts for the HRM system and the hour registration system were continued when Vestfold and Telemark Counties were merged on 01.01.20. The current HRM system is only a payroll and personnel system. The current systems are not fully integrated. Reports require a large degree of manual work processes. The next manager does not have easy access to information in the trade system, only in the web systems. There are few integrations between the payroll and personnel systems, and, for example, the case archive system and between, for example, hour registration and leave/holiday/variable pay in the payroll system. There is only a small degree of data that is reused.
