The solution must function with international payment cards such as American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. The contracting authority will have an option for other payment methods that the tenderer offers.

Tenderers ought to handle a broad scope of different payment solutions, and be flexible in line with technological developments.

Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation: A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service. Annual accounts for the last fiscal year. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documents considered suitable by the contracting authority.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: Tenderers must have good experience from equivalent deliveries.
Documentation: A description of the most important deliveries or services carried out in the past three years, including information on the value and content, date of the delivery, and the name of the public or private recipients with contact information for any references. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the reference customers. See the template in annex 3.

Requirement: Tenderers must have a system for environmental management.
Documentation: A description of up to 2 A4 pages of the company's environmental management system, including how the company implements, manages, measures, and limits its impact on the environment in order to ensure a satisfactory environmental standard in the company. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS, the Eco-lighthouse scheme or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.

The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the number of tenderers who are invited to submit tenders. If there are a sufficient number of qualified tenderers that fulfil the qualification requirements, 3-5 of them will be invited to submit a tender. If the pints for fifth (5) is the same for two or more tenderers, the contracting authority reserves the right to invite all of the tenderers that have the same score.

The selection of which of the qualified tenderers will be invited to submit a tender will be based on which tenderers are seen as best qualified in accordance with the given qualification requirements for technical and professional qualifications in the tender documentation 4.3 'Tenderers must have good experience from equivalent deliveries.' Here the contracting authority will assess the reference projects' complexity and relevance including content, size, type of customer, etc.
