The contracting authority intends to establish a joint system for an ordering tool, catalogue tool, and contract management.

The organisation of the procurement collaboration means that there is a need for a group structure in the system. This means that Abakus AS is above the municipalities. The municipalities will join the contract as and when the organisations are ready to implement the systems. All the municipalities will join during the ordinary contract period (the first three years). The contract is for the hire of the right of disposal (SaaS), as well as maintenance and support. See the attached requirements specification for detailed information.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

Contracting authority managed option for an extension for one year at a time, up to seven times. The maximum total contract period is ten years.
