Karasjok Municipality would like to enter into a contract with a machine contractor for hire for assignments connected to:
1. Excavation for the Management, operation and maintenance department (Building operations)
2. Other work for water and sewage that is not outsourced in a separate tender
3. Excavation of drains and surface water in general
4. Flood prevention measures
5. Preparation work and asphalting
6. Other work that is not outsourced in a separate tender
7. Various assignments for the operations department and waste treatment plant.
8. Various road maintenance.
9. Emptying of sludge containers, transport away from the hall, cleaning of vehicles and containers, as well as placing the containers inside the hall. Containers must be pulled out and pushed into place due to the inadequate door height for pulling out and inserting the containers. The municipality reserves the right to be able to undertake this on its own during the contract period.

10. Obtaining excavation notifications for individual assignments In case of urgent assignments/emergency situations,
the contracting authority will assist with obtaining excavation permits.
11. The contracting authority reserves the right to hire any company it chooses in situations
where the selected tenderer does not have sufficient capacity or for other reasons is unable to carry out the assignment
as agreed or comply with the contracting authority's wishes regarding the speed of progress.
12. Signage and markings must be put in place for all assignments before the assignment commences.
13. Karasjok municipality reserves the right to engage contractors who have construction contracts with the municipality to carry out additional tasks that would be a natural part of the framework agreement, but which are not mentioned in the points above. This applies, among other things, to the transport of surplus materials and planning for this at the relevant location.

The municipality will also use the framework agreement to clear snow from the roofs of municipal buildings. The contractor must therefore also have equipment for such assignments.
The municipality would like to hire machinery with drivers on an hourly basis (including all expenses for fuel, etc.), for various extra work. The municipality is not bound to a specific number of hours, as this can vary from season to season.
