Vestby kommune

Felles innkjøpskontor (FIK), hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for guard and security guard services, and control services for the sale and serving of alcohol and tobacco in Frogn, Nesodden, Vestby and Ås Municipalities.
The aim of the procurement is to cover the municipalities' need for guard and security guard services with the aim of maintaining building values and safety for persons who are users of the municipality's service, visitors, and employees, as well as to prevent violence, create a safe nightlife and local community, and limit health issues by efficient and good control work for the sale and serving of alcohol and tobacco.
Two sub-contracts will be signed, and tenderers can submit a tender for one or more parts:
1) Guard, security guard, and alarm station service
2) Sale and serving control for alcohol and tobacco. If a tenderer is awarded more than one sub-contract, these can be combined into one contract.

The contract includes:
- alarm station service (the contracting authority has a separate contract for alarms and locks)
- manual alarm call points
- turn-out service
- mobile security guard services for securing areas/buildings
- stationary security guard services for short/longer assignments such as events, and
- flag raising.
The municipalities have different needs and the contract will therefore cover a varied need.
Tenders must be submitted in the Mercell portal per sub-contract.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for an external service for sale and serving control, including:
- licence and serving checks
-checks of sales outlets for alcohol/tobacco, as well as
- internal control of alcohol/tobacco.
The need is a contract that covers the delivery scope of the framework agreement, and which contributes to ensuring efficient and good control work for the sale and serving of alcohol and tobacco.
