The purpose of this procurement is to purchase a new row of 8, independent gas fermentation systems and to be able to facilitate working with C1 gases and hydrogen in different fermentation modes.
The fermentation systems will be applied for screening and characterization of the different microorganisms, optimization of media and process parameters and for process development using gaseous substrate. The preferred gases to be used will be air, O2, N2, CO2, CH4, CO, H2, premixed gases or off-gases from industrial source
Full installation of the complete fermentation system and training shall be included in the offer.
