Gas fermenter 150 L

The purpose of the procurement is to purchase a 150 L independent gas fermentation system in stainless steel that is suitable for working with C1 gases and hydrogen in different fermentation modes. We are looking for a flexible fermentation system that can ideally function as both a bubble column and a continuously stirred tank (CST). The fermenter will be used for R&D purposes and small pilot-scale experiments, including production of inoculum for large-scale fermenters, process development, scale-up and optimisation using different microorganisms and gaseous substrates. The system will primarily be used with the following gases; air, O2, N2, CO2, CH4, CO, H2, premixed gases and exhaust gases from industrial sources. Full installation of the complete fermentation system and training must be included in the tender. It is desirable to have the equipment delivered and installed as quickly as possible, preferably by the end of August 2023.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must have orderly conditions with regard to payment of tax, employer's national insurance contributions and VAT.
Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT certificate issued by the Norwegian Tax Administration via Altinn, not older than 6 months from the application deadline. Foreign tenderers: Certificate issued by the corresponding authorities in the home country documenting the tenderer's tax and VAT payments.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments and they must be suitable for carrying out the assignment in a satisfactory way.
Comparable assignments will in this case be, for example, cleaning office premises with more than one hundred office places, cleaning laboratories, etc.
Emphasis is put on the fact that the examples are not exhaustive.
Documentation requirement:
Description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant contracts during the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.
