The Brønnøysund Register Centre has approx. 100 X86-based service machines that have a replacement rate of approx. 5 years. We want to enter into a framework agreement for renewals and capacity extensions for the servers. The C86 servers are used for virtualisation and desktop virtualisation. The current VMware and VDI infrastructure are based on Intel CPU and Nvidia Tesla M10 display cards. The offered system must support the migration of virtual desktop machines between existing and new infrastructure without the virtual desktop machine must be turned on and off. Most relevant for purchases under the framework agreement is leasing of:

Tenderers must be a legally registered company. The Brønnøysund centre will itself obtain a company registration certificate via the 'eBevis' service for Norwegian tenderers. Foreign tenderers must attach certificate that prove they are a legally established company and that they are registered in the professional registered as determined by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have satisfactory economic and financial ability in order to implement the contract. The tenderer´s solidity, liquidity and financial strength set up against the procurement´s total value and contract period will be central in this assessment. The Brønnøysund Register Centre collects credit information from the Bisnode Soliditity assessment that informs about the creditworthiness and degree of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy prediction).
Tenderers with business addresses outside Norway must provide the above documentation with the tender.
The tenderer shall also submit preliminary accounts for 2021 and possibly as well as recent information on the tenderer's economic and financial capacity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderers should have good experience from similar deliveries, documented by describing the most important deliveries over the past three years, good implementation capacity, documented by the description of the tenderer's delivery organisation; Units and personnel the tenderer has at disposal to meet the contractual obligations regarding sales, delivery and support/maintenance, and have established a satisfactory system for environmental management, documented by a copy of the certification certificate or description of the tenderer's system.
