The procurement of work clothes, footwear and protective equipment.
The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement that covers Vestfold og Telemark County's (the contracting authority) need for workwear, footwear, and protective equipment. The procurement is split into two groups:
Group 1: Workwear, footwear, and protective equipment for employees that, amongst other things, carry out road and construction work, for teachers and students in technology and industrial subjects, caretakers, operations managers, as well as footwear for employees in dental clinics.
Group 2: Workwear, footwear and protective equipment for employees within kitchens/canteens and cleaning.
Tenderers can submit tenders for one or both of the groups mentioned above.
Further details of the procurement are in Annexes A to D and in Appendix B1 - Product and Price Sheet.
The framework agreement/contract period will be 2 years. The contracting authority will have an exclusive option to extend the framework agreement for a further two years, one year at a time, altogether a maximum four years.
The framework agreement will apply for all of the contracting authority's entities.
