The framework agreements will include the discipline NS 3420 ventilation installations/ventilation work, including the following services:
Ventilation and cooling work.
Ventilation and cooling material
Delivery of filters, filter replacement and return of filters
Service and maintenance work for ventilation and cooling installations.
Service and maintenance materials for ventilation and cooling installations.
Service and maintenance of compactor units.
Varighet: 48 måneder

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company. Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasized. Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of the tenderer. Tenderers can also be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have secure implementation ability and suitable staffing to execute the assignment. An overview of the tenderer's workforce. The overview must show the number of skilled workers for all crafts categories, skilled workers and apprentices. A statement of the proportion of the contract that will be executed by sub-contractors. The tenderer must in such event present a statement of commitment from the sub-contractor that the tenderer intends to rely on.

Tenderers must have experience from assignments with a comparative value to this contract. Comparative value is in this context defined as maintenance and reconstruction works for buildings that are completely or partially in operation The reference assignments must, as a minimum, show experience with: Service and maintenance of ventilation and cooling installations.

A description of up to 3 reference assignments with a comparable value must be submitted, containing information on, among other things: Project / contract name. A description of the assignment. Type of building. Contract value. Completion date. Contracting authority and the name of contact person (person can be contacted if deemed necessary).

It must be clear whether the work has been executed by sub-contractors or the tenderer himself. If the tenderer has not executed the work, the reference will not document that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. In such event the tenderer must submit a commitment statement from the sub-contractor that has the relevant experience and reference projects from the sub-contractor that verify that the requirement is fulfilled.
