The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority), requests tenders for the delivery of uniform clothing.
The uniform is used by the contracting authority when carrying out checks on roads, during driving tests, for inspections in halls, and for the inspection of driving schools and garages. The uniform also consists of an office outfit. The office outfit is used by counter personnel, employees in our road traffic centres, and receptions, as well as during trade fairs, etc.
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement that will cover the contracting authority's total need for uniform clothing in the contract period.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian.
Credit worthiness will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
If in doubt, the contracting authority can obtain further information from the tenderer.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for being unable to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Tenderers must have experience from relevant assignments.
2) Tenderers must have experience in environmental management standards
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) A list with a minimum of 3 (maximum 5) of the most important relevant assignments and services performed in the last 3 years, including information on the values, amount/scope, dates, a brief description of the assignment, and the names of the public or private recipients.

A tenderer who is newly established and unable to submit references, must be particularly careful to demonstrate that he has the prerequisites to carry out the assignment.
Newly established tenderer can document that the requirement is met by referring to the experience of offered persons/resources that have developed their competence in the service of other providers.
2) Documentation that they work according to an environmental management system (e.g., issued certificate ISO 14001, or proof of membership or other relevant documentation for environmental management. As a minimum, a copy of the table of contents of the company's management system must be attached if a tenderer is not certified by a third party, but works according to the principles in a recognised environmental management system).
