Narvik kommune

Narvik Municipality needs temporary doctor services for the Emergency Doctor Surgery, institutions, and health centres. Relevant places of work can be Narvik, Ballangen, Kjøpsvik, or Bjerkvik.
The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to three tenderers.
If a contract is entered into with three tenderers, these will be ranked according to the award criteria. Requests for the supply of temporary doctor services will be awarded to the highest ranked tenderer in the first instance. If the highest ranked tenderer does not have the capacity to provide the requested temporary doctor services, the request will be awarded to the second highest ranked tenderer.

Kort beskrivelse:
The framework agreement will cover the contracting authority's need for external temporary staff due to sick leave, recruitment challenges, holiday leave etc. The need is mainly for doctors with Norwegian authorisation.
The doctor services unit mainly needs temporary doctors for assignments varying from one month up to one year. The majority will be long temporary positions in a 100% jobb. Work in the Emergency Doctor surgery can also be included in the assignment. The contracting authority will be free to use hired temporary staff in other doctor surgeries in the municipality if it is appropriate and/or practically possible.
